Our focus is on user adoption for not just salesforce, but all tools and technologies that integrate with salesforce. We believe user adoption is best achieved through meeting the needs of both management and the end user. In general, management requires standardized KPIs that can quickly convey a story and are actionable. End users require a user-friendly interface with simplified, intuitive processes. Through these measures end users will boost productivity, sharpen customer knowledge, increase professionalism, and improve time management. If executed effectively, you'll achieve most of these goals through ‘carrots.'
The term 'carrots' comes from an old story of a donkey with a stick and a carrot. Instead of beating the donkey with the stick to make it move, the rider can instead use the stick to dangle a carrot in front of the donkey to gently lead it forward. In other words, CRMcarrots provides reasons for end users to want to use the system, not solely because management told them to.

Throughout our site a common theme is echoed, 'Bring Your CRM to Life'. That is our mission each and every day with every click of our mouse.
Breaking it Down
There are not many consulting firms that come with the same level of business and technical acumen. We have sat side-by-side with the actual users and are able to live and breathe the steps that must be taken to increase user adoption.
By asking the right questions and coaching towards self-empowerment, one by one, naysayers are becoming believers, cultures are changing, and employee morale is something of which to be proud.
